What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We constantly monitor the weather conditions as part of our ongoing health and safety process. We aim to know in advance if the weather is going to be unsuitable for any of our activities, however English weather can be temperamental at best. We always try to give advanced warning if activities need to be cancelled and offer to reschedule if possible or provide a full refund if not.
What about medication and disabilities?
If you or any of your group require any medication for any condition, we strongly advise that you bring it with you, or we may reserve the right to refuse you to take part for health and safety reasons.
We try to be as inclusive as possible to those people that live with disabilities. If needed, we can provide extra members of staff and if a person(s) in your group has specific requirements then please contact us directly and we’ll be happy to work with you to find a solution.
Are your instructors qualified and DBS checked?
